Service Description
This is a definitely a service worth booking; here's why... - You'll get one hour with me, a fully qualified personal trainer. - I'll join you as we do a workout best suited to your needs. (I.e. Losing weight, gaining muscle, increasing endurance, etc...) - I'll give you a dietary plan lasting of 6 days, created to help you reach your goal. (Leaving one day as your much deserved 'cheat day') - I'll talk you through your current condition and tips to improve going forward. - I'll check up on you 14 days after our call to see how you're getting on. If after the 14 days, I contact you and you want to go for another session or even multiple, that can easily be arranged and planned going forward.
